We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and payment information when you subscribe. We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, generation history, device type, IP address, and browser information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails (receipts, generation notifications); analyze usage patterns to improve features; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
Your prompts and inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Cloudflare, ElevenLabs, FAL) for content generation. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare R2 (media files). Servers are located in the United States and European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
5. Authentication
We use Clerk for authentication on web and custom JWT-based authentication for the Telegram Mini App. Clerk may set cookies necessary for login functionality.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (to process transactions); AI providers (to generate content); hosting providers (to store data); and as required by law.
8. Your Rights

9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored for 90 days after creation (or longer on paid plans). After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us to have it removed.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
