By accessing or using AiCats (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AiCats is an AI-powered platform for generating short-form videos and images. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create scripts, generate visuals, add voiceover, and produce ready-to-share content.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Free Credits and Subscriptions
New users receive free credits to try the Service. Additional usage requires a paid subscription or credit purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content created using the Service is generated by AI models. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or sharing it.
6. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. For AI-generated outputs: on paid plans, you receive full commercial rights to use generated content. On the free plan, generated content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content; infringe on intellectual property rights; create deepfakes or impersonation content without consent; overwhelm the Service with automated requests; or reverse-engineer the AI models.
8. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits are used.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
